Shuttle 1 Passenger notice:
There is a minimum of 2 passengers to do a Shuttle service.
In case there are no other bookings that meet the same schedule as yours,
you will have to be available to pay for 2 persons in order to confirm your request.
ARRIVAL FLIGHT DETAILS
If your flight is delayed there is no need to worry - we always confirm your flight status directly with the airport and will be waiting until you arrive - no extra charge!
DEPARTURE FLIGHT DETAILS
Infant seats and boosters will be provided according to the child's age.
They are available and free of charge
An extra charge may be applied depending on the items - if so we will contact you afterwards with instructions.

- Transfer reservations through our line service are always processed in Portuguese mainland time (UTC/GMT).
- We only accept online reservations until one day before your transfer desired date.
- For last minute transfer resrvations please contact us directly.
- When a booking is made by telephone , the booking is also subject to, and the client must accept , our terms and conditions.
- Payments must always be settled prior to the vehicle´s departure
- At the moment you can only pay directly to the driver (Paypal payments available soo)
- Payments to the driver must be in cash ( Euros only)
- Your transfer receipt will be given by the driver.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS
- Modifications to booking must be made 24hrs prior to your arrival. No show at Faro Airport without prior notification will be charged 50% of the total paid-
- Payments Refund Policy: in case you have already paid for your airport transfer you will be totally refunded within a week.
- Transfers are limited to two items of luggage per person.
- Any extra or special lugagge must be declared at the time of booking. When booking online please mention that kind of luggage.
INSURANCE and GUARANTEES
- We are a fully lincensed Portugal Airport transfer company
- Our company is fully insured, having all the insurances requested by the Portuguese law .
- The transfer passanger and their luggage are fully insured.
- We are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by external reasons(ex: weather conditions and traffic).
- Complaints are only processed if they are written in the complaint report ( present in all vehicles) and given to the driver.

- We reserve ourselves the rigth to refuse to carry any person who is trough to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
and/or whose behaviour is considered wrong by the driver.
- Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in our vehicles.
- Portuguese law will govern these conditions in all respects.
